For vaping products, you confirm that you and any intended users are over 18 and comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

We may require proof of business status before accepting your order.

Product availability may change without notice.

Prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

5. Orders & Payment

Orders can be placed in person, by phone, or via our website’s enquiry form.

Payment terms will be agreed at the time of order confirmation.

6. Collection of Goods

We operate on a collection-only basis from our registered premises unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All goods must be inspected at the time of collection.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only for faulty or damaged goods, reported within 7 days of collection.

Returned goods must be in original packaging and condition.

We do not accept returns for end-of-line or clearance products unless faulty.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, whether express or implied.

Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the price paid for the goods in question.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
